After you purchase from us, you will be hassle free and your business will boom.
Acme Motor provides limited 3-month warranty on all motorsports products. All warranty must be handled through the importer or distributor in your country where you purchased your products. If you cannot reach your distributor you will need to furnish a copy of your original invoice, which must show our model number and series number on the invoice before we can get warranty for your product. You can send email to our warranty department at warranty@acme-motor.com for service.
Warranty covers following parts only:
Engine, Transmission, drive chain, carburetor, shocks, converter, engine coil, switch, fuel system, CDI modules, brake systems.
Followings are not Covered Under Warranty:
Labor costs to replace parts
Shipping cost for return of defective parts or shipment of replacement parts
Plastics, moldings, farings, or body covers
Tires, tubes, wheels, brake shoes/pads
Light bulbs, batteries, remote start/alarm system, chargers
Lubricants, air filters, hoses
Problems from lack of professional assembly, lack of scheduled maintenance, or consumer abuse
We provide free replacement parts which are under warranty. However, we stock full line of parts for our product. Customer can purchase parts, which are not covered under warranty from us. |
